Terms of Service

1. Who runs Teemzo

Teemzo is operated by Cavezza Ventures, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. By using Teemzo, you're agreeing to these terms with Cavezza Ventures, LLC.

2. What Teemzo does

Teemzo is a performance review tool. You create a review, invite participants, collect peer feedback via private email links, and receive an AI-assisted written draft that you edit, approve, and share with your employee. The manager authors and approves the final review — Teemzo provides the structure and the starting point.

3. Pricing and payment

$19 per review, charged at the time of review creation via Stripe. This is a one-time charge per review — not a subscription.

4. Refunds

Full refund available within 24 hours of purchase if no peer responses have been submitted. Once peer responses have been collected, the review is not eligible for a refund as data collection is underway. To request a refund, email support@teemzo.com.

5. Your responsibilities as account holder

• You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate authorization to collect feedback about the people you add to reviews.
• You are responsible for how you use, communicate, and act on the final review with your employees.
• You must not use Teemzo to collect feedback about individuals without their knowledge in a deceptive or harmful manner.

6. AI-generated content

Review drafts are generated with AI assistance as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before sharing it with any employee. Teemzo does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any AI-generated draft.

7. No guarantees

Teemzo is provided as-is. We don't guarantee specific outcomes from using the tool.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
