1. Who we are

Teemzo is operated by Cavezza Ventures, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. When this policy says “Teemzo,” “we,” or “us,” it means Cavezza Ventures, LLC.

2. What we collect

• Account information: your name and email address when you sign up (via Clerk).
• Review participant information: names and email addresses of people being reviewed and peer reviewers, which you provide to us as the account holder.
• Payment information: processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number or payment details — Stripe handles all payment data.
• Usage data: basic information about how the app is used (page visits, feature usage) to improve the product.

3. A note about review participants

When you create a review, you provide us with the names and email addresses of the person being reviewed and their peer reviewers. These individuals may not have directly signed up for Teemzo. By using Teemzo, you represent that you have appropriate authorization to collect feedback about review subjects in the context of their employment or working relationship.

4. How we use your data

• To create and manage your account
• To send review invitation emails to participants you designate
• To generate a written review draft using AI assistance
• To process your payment
• To send transactional emails related to your reviews (reminders, confirmations)

We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data.

5. Third-party services we use

• Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
• Clerk — authentication and user account management (clerk.com/privacy)
• Supabase — data storage and database infrastructure (supabase.com/privacy)
• Resend — transactional email delivery (resend.com/privacy)
• Anthropic — AI-assisted review draft generation (anthropic.com/privacy)

6. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Review data is retained for 12 months after the review is completed. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

7. Your rights

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, email support@teemzo.com. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.

9. Changes to this policy

We'll notify you by email if we make material changes.
