1. Service Description

Teemzo LLC ("Teemzo", "we", "us", or "our") provides a software-as-a-service platform for human resource management, with a primary focus on employee reviews and performance management. Our platform enables organizations to conduct, track, and manage employee reviews, performance assessments, and related HR processes. The service is accessible at teemzo.com.

2. Definitions

  • "Service" refers to Teemzo's HR management platform and all its features
  • "User" refers to any individual or entity with a registered account
  • "Administrator" refers to users with administrative privileges
  • "Employee Data" refers to any information about employees stored or processed in the system
  • "Review Data" refers to performance reviews, assessments, and related content

3. Account Terms

  • Organizations must have proper authorization to store and process employee data
  • Each employee should have their own unique user account
  • Account credentials must be kept secure and confidential
  • Administrators are responsible for managing user access and permissions
  • Users must be 18 years or older to access the service

4. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

  • We target 99.9% monthly uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 48 hours in advance
  • Emergency maintenance may be performed without notice
  • Service credits may be issued for downtime exceeding 0.1% per month

5. Data Security

  • All data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS/SSL protocols
  • Access to employee data is strictly controlled and monitored
  • Regular backups are performed to prevent data loss
  • Security incidents will be reported to affected customers promptly

6. Billing and Payments

  • All payments are processed securely through Paddle.com
  • Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension
  • Pricing changes will be announced with 30 days notice
  • Taxes will be added where applicable

7. Data Ownership and Privacy

  • Organizations retain all rights to their employee and review data
  • We process data solely to provide and improve the service
  • Employee data will not be shared with third parties except as required for service provision
  • Data is retained for 30 days after account termination
  • Organizations can export their data at any time

8. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

  • Upload discriminatory or inappropriate content
  • Share confidential employee information outside the platform
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to access unauthorized data or features
  • Share account credentials

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We provide the service "as is" without warranties
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amounts paid in the past 12 months
  • Force majeure events excuse performance

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Middlesex County, New Jersey.
