Welcome to Teemzo! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Teemzo.com website, services, and platform (the "Service") operated under the name "Teemzo" ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

1. OVERVIEW

Teemzo is a platform that allows users to initiate and participate in 360-degree review processes between employees, managers, and peers. The Service is intended for startups and small companies looking for a simple and fast way to run feedback reviews.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. ACCOUNT CREATION

At this time, users may initiate reviews without creating an account. However, invited participants may be asked to verify their identity and create a password to access their review. In the future, we may require account registration for access to certain features or paid services.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for any data you submit through the Service, including the names and emails of managers, employees, and peer reviewers. You must not use the platform to submit false, abusive, or harmful information.

We use Google reCAPTCHA v3 to prevent spam and protect the Service. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

5. PRIVACY

We collect personal information such as names, email addresses, and role relationships (e.g., manager/employee/peer) to facilitate the review process. This information is used solely to deliver the Service and send related email communications.

We currently send only transactional emails. However, we reserve the right to send marketing or product-related emails in the future. You will have the option to unsubscribe from such communications.

6. USER CONTENT

Any information submitted to Teemzo, including review text, participant names, and roles, remains the responsibility of the user submitting it. You grant Teemzo a limited license to use this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

We do not moderate or edit review content unless required to by law or to comply with these Terms.

7. PAYMENT TERMS

While Teemzo is currently free to use, we plan to introduce paid features in the future. All billing and payments will be handled through a third-party provider such as Stripe. Terms related to payment, refunds, and subscription management will be updated accordingly once paid features are introduced.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, branding, logos, and features of the Service are owned by Teemzo and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or exploit the Service without our written permission.

9. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time and for any reason, including for violation of these Terms. You may also stop using the Service at any time.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teemzo and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues arising from your use of the Service.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify users by posting the updated Terms on the website. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state of California (or your future state of incorporation, once applicable), without regard to its conflict of law principles.
